What we collect
Server logs. Our host, Simply.com (Denmark), records technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time in order to operate and secure the website. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to identify visitors.
No analytics and no advertising cookies. The site does not currently use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking, and sets no cookies for ordinary visitors.
Local storage on your device. If you play the quiz, your best score is saved in your own browser (localStorage). It never leaves your device, and you can delete it by clearing your browser data.
Editors. People who log in to edit the site receive the cookies WordPress needs for login. Ordinary visitors never log in.
Future changes
If we add analytics or advertising (for example Google AdSense), we will ask for your consent first through a consent banner and update this policy before anything is placed on your device.

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of personal data about you, and object to processing. Contact us at contact@worldfootballhalloffame.com. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).
